Our pottery, handspun and mill spun yarns, roving, and clay buttons are available for purchase at several art and fine craft shows throughout the year, and during our annual Open Studio Weekend each May. (Please see Events page for listing of shows.) Pottery is also available through several select galleries and retailers.
At this time, products are not available for purchase directly through this website.
If you are interested in our fiber products, please email us for a current sales list. Fiber products are dependent upon our animals’ shearing schedules, and often we sell out during the fall months.
If you are interested in purchasing pottery, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know what is currently available. The pots presented in the “Retail Gallery” (on the Pottery Gallery page) are part of our regular line and are usually in stock. If the pot you desire is not immediately available, we would be happy to make a similar pot for you. Please see Ordering Info below.
All of our pottery is handmade and designed to be used. Our glazes are all lead-free and food-safe. Pots may be used in the dishwasher, microwave, and oven. However, as with all stoneware, extreme temperature changes, such as those caused by putting frozen food from the freezer into the oven or taking a baking dish out of a hot oven and placing it onto a cool countertop may cause a piece to break.
Pots that are in stock will ship within a couple of days. Pots made to order will be ready for shipment within 8-12 weeks depending on the order size and our current production load. Customers will be provided an estimated order completion date at the time of the order.
Each pot is original and completely hand made. We do not use any molds or forms. Consequently, each piece is one-of-a-kind, and will vary slightly in shape, size, and color from the images shown in the gallery and from each other.
A 50% deposit is due when the order is placed. The remaining balance plus shipping fees are due prior to shipping. The customer will be notified and provided an invoice when the items are ready for shipment.
Orders are shipped via Fed Ex or the USPS, depending on order size and weight. Please add 18% for shipping costs to orders. All orders ship insured.
We guarantee that all of our Chasworth Pottery pots will be shipped first-quality with no defects. If upon receipt you find that a pot was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please save the packaging materials and damaged pot(s) for inspection.
If you choose to return a non-defective pot, you may do so, but you will need to pay for the return postage and insurance, and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Vermont residents must add 6% sales tax to the cost of their order.
If you would like to place an order, please contact us via email at info@chasworthpottery.com or call us at 802.524.5678.
